It is assumed if you are registering and paying for a service, you have read and are in agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
Note: Brenda Leite has assumed her Grandmother's first name Eva which is reflected within this website.
General:
The trade name “Guiding Leite” and "Nourish Supply" is owned by 13299619 Canada Corporation operating as Guiding Leite and/or Nourish Supply. It is understood where Guiding Leite or Nourish Supply is referenced in the following Terms and Conditions, the name duly represents wholly and fully 13299619 Canada Corporation, and are considered to be one and the same.
Payments: payments processed by Square: 13299619 Canada Corporation is not responsible for any and all payments made regarding Square secure site payments, please visit Square.ca for their terms and conditions.
Gold Retainer Package:
includes 2 - 60 minute virtual sessions to be
applied within 60 days of purchase, with text/email support
during business hours. Note: if the text/email request requires more than 5 minutes to reply, this time will be added to the session time. If the session time runs over the 60 minute time allotment, the additional time will be added to the session time in increments of 10 minutes.

Note the starting time of programs and workshops prior to purchasing.
Regarding Service purchases, the services purchased must be utilized as follows:
Retainer package: within 2 months. If you purchase 2 retainers then the second retainer will follow the first 2 month period for a total of 4 months to complete, etc. so will run sequentially.
One hour Personal sessions must be utilized within 3 months from the date of purchase.
It is assumed upon purchase that all the terms and conditions have been read and agreed upon.
Monthly payment plans: N/A at this time.
A unique payment plan arrangement may be offered by Eva Leite to a specific party. It is understood that all monthly payments within this unique arrangement will be made duly and noted per the arrangement.
With all monthly payment plans, it is assumed when you choose the monthly payment plan option in the Store and make your first payment in the store, you are in agreement to make the subsequent monthly payments plus tax as agreed for which ever service you chose. Customer service will contact you after the Store purchase to set up the remaining payments in our Square system with your same method of payment. Subsequent payments with be made on the same day of the month as the first payment was made in the Store. Once the first payment is made for the service that you chose, cancellations are not permitted. You are responsible for the full payment of the program/service as indicated in the Store if the monthly payment protocol is not honoured by you.
All copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in any or in part referring to all content on this website, will remain at all times the property of 13299619 Canada Corporation. Written permission is required to copy, transmit, publish, display, or otherwise use any material, copy or visual representation, for commercial or personal use.
Limitation of Liability:
The information in the services and/or programs, workshops, courses and/or books/videos/recordings are offered by 13299619 Canada Corporation DBA Guiding Leite and Nourish Supply are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or other personal concern that requires expert advice.
The services and/or programs, workshops, courses and/or books/videos/recordings are not intended to replace, in any way, the pursuit of any medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other type of professional advice and intervention. The information, opinions and techniques offered are offered as spiritual self-help, information, entertainment and/or spiritual educational purposes only.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify 13299619 Canada Corporation (doing business as Guiding Leite and/or Nourish Supply), Brenda Leite (aka Eva Leite), and any other of her/their affiliates such as directors, shareholders, lawyers, accountants, employees, agents, licensors, members, managers or any other entity or person associated with 13299619 Canada Corporation or any other company or person providing analysis, guidance or direct input to the business in any way, including but not limited to Brenda Leite’s heirs and executors who will not be held liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive damages or any other perceived negative effect of the services and/or programs, workshops, courses and/or books/videos/recordings, newsletters or use of the websites www.guidingleite.com and www.nourishsupply.com; against all damages, liabilities, expenses, charges and costs, that may incur as a result of your breach of any of these Terms of Use or any claims brought forward relating to information submitted by you or actions taken against you.
The company attempts to be as accurate as possible in its services' descriptions. While we have done our best to have accurate information on this website including pricing, we will not be held liable for any errors made on the website.
Privacy:
When you sign up for our newsletter email service or register for our programs that require email communication for delivery of the program, your permission for Guiding Leite and/or Nourish Supply to forward the respective information is assumed.
Recording devices are not permitted during a personal session so note taking is encouraged in the follow-up discussion following the energy work. Some webinars, workshops and courses will be recorded. Your permission to do so is assumed. On Zoom sessions, you will be asked to provide permission for you to be recorded.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify 13299619 Canada Corporation and Brenda Leite and her affiliates , executors, family and employees, against all damages, liabilities, expenses, charges and costs, that may incur as a result of your breach of any of these Terms of Use or any claims brought forward relating to information submitted by you or actions taken against you.
The Services, Programs and Workshops offered on this site are due and payable in full at time of registration unless otherwise arranged with Customer Service.
All fees and pricing may change.
All published pricing is valid at time of publishing unless there has been an unintentional error.
Refunds will not be provided.
Payments for Purchases made on the website for any or all Services and/or Programs are final sale and are non-refundable. If cancellation of the appointment becomes necessary then a credit will be issued that can be used for any of the services Guiding Leite/Nourish Supply offers or can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Under extenuating circumstances such as illness or crisis, a credit will be issued as appropriate for a future program or workshop.
If due to a crisis or illness at the discretion of 13299619 Canada Corporation, you request a refund for any Service or Program prior to the Service or Program, a refund less the costs of payment and refund processing as applicable, will be provided if 13299619 Canada Corporation is able to replace your attendance with another participant.
