“Just an innocuous little "gratitude" email here. I've had a few mind-torpedoes launched my way since we shared our time. I feel wonderfully (weirdly) calm. My sense is that "something happened" within me during our last session. I printed and posted the mantra you provided next to my bed. The exercises are being implemented but I usually fall asleep before concluding the chakra dance. I am SO GRATEFUL for how this feels. The night after our appointment, I was driving around dusk and as clear as buttons on a blazer I saw a HUGE meteor enter the atmosphere. It lasted 4 seconds before I was able to see it explode into smaller pieces before disappearing from being perceivable. All I thought was it was time to be my best self. And then I thanked the universe aloud for the moment we shared. I was astounded by what happened, almost in utter disbelief.
